We use a Patient Portal called Follow My Health.
FollowMyHealth lets you access your personal health records 24/7 from any computer, tablet or smartphone – ensuring you have anywhere, anytime access to your medical information. You can also use it to schedule appointments, request refills or medications, and contact our office.
Click below to get started. You will provide your name, birthday, email, and a password of your choosing. It usually takes us a day to link your account to our Electronic Health Record (EHR).
